The Koen Herfst Signature Drum Pack is a high quality drum sample pack created for the Steven Slate Drums Trigger plugin. This pack is a collaboration between Drums & Tones and Koen Herfst, recorded in the beautiful Sandlane Recording Facilities.
Koen Herfst is one of the most energetic and versatile drummers of The Netherlands. He is known for his work with Armin van Buuren, VANDENBERG, Epica and Anneke van Giersbergen. He was voted ‘Best Hardrock drummer of Benelux’ for 6 years in a row.
All the drums in this pack are from Koen his personal kit (Tama Star Classic) and recorded with lots of different microphone options and in great detail.
The Koen Herfst Signature Drum Pack comes with MIXED and UNMIXED samples giving you the possibility to choose between perfectly crafted mix ready drum sounds or the ability to sculpt your own drum sounds.
All samples were recorded at the Sandlane Recording Facilities with high-end studio equipment such as Neumann, Microtech, AKG, Sennheiser, Audix and Shure microphones, API & Neve preamps, 1176, Smart Research C2 and Distressor analog compression, through a Rupert Neve 5088 console.
To give you instant access to huge and massive drum sounds we’ve provided you with ready-to-go mix presets for Trigger.

You’ll get high quality samples recorded at 24bit, 44.1khz in Steven Slate Drums Trigger(.TCI) format. The Koen Herfst Signature Drum Pack is specifically developed for Steven Slate Drums Trigger, so the bundle does NOT contain Nki’s for Kontakt.
